Polyester conveyor belts, also called EP conveyor belts, whose tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and nylon-66 in weft. The belts have the characteristics of low elongation in warp and good troughability in weft, good water resistance, good wet strength, no mould, suitable for medium, long-distance and heavy-load transportation of materials. Because of the high initial modulus of polyester, the belts can choose a relative low safety factor.
Our rubber Conveyor Belt is made with EP fabric plies. The top and bottom are provided with abrasion resistant rubber covers, we could offer belt with cover grade in accordance to International standard such as DIN 22102, RMA, AS 1332, SABS 1173/2000, IS1891, BS 490, JIS K 6322, etc.

Applications

Usage of Nylon/ Polyester conveyor belts: Suitable for medium, long distance and heavy load transportation of materials, such as crushedstone, gravel, quamry supreme, etc.

The best compounded of oil resistant synthetic rubber has good resistance to damaging effects encountered when convey- ing oil contaminated or tread materials. The covering layer of the oil proof conveyor belt uses the butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber with high content of acrylonitdta, using cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas as the strong layer, which is suitable for transferring oily materials or some kind of oily condition(excluding fuel and solvent oil).It has the advantage of low changing rate of volume, high intensity conservation rate, wide range of use.

HEAT RESISTANT CONVEYOR BELT

Heat resistant conveyor belts are highly resistant to hot material such as cement, steel or sand. The cover rubber of a conveyor belt consists of a special rubber compound featuring high adhesive strength, elongation at break and excellent thermal protection force. Heat resistant conveyor belts manufactured according to DIN 22102 are able to convey material with a constant temperature of 200°C - short runs also up to 250°C.

Application

Top cover is made of wear-resistant rubber with a non-slip surface. It has a cushioning effect, mollifies and absorbs vibrations and impacts given on transported materials and simultaneously prevents slipping.
