As a rule, oils and greases have a very destructive impact on rubber, however, materials that contain oil or grease are daily conveyed. to protect rubber components in the conveyor belts from swelling, types of rubber that are resistant to oil and grease should be applied. Since not all oil and grease types are equally aggressive, so we have developed different types of belts to meet all the requirements.

The belt type with moulded edge is used for materials containing animal fat or vegetable oil. The belt type is used within industries manufacturing and handling grains, food mixtures, soybean cakes, tinned goods, cellulose, wooden chips and fertilizers. |

Oil resistant cover and moderately oil resistant skim coat. Suitable for materials containing animal fat or vegetable oil. The belt type is used within industries manufacturing and handling grains, food mixtures, soybean cakes, tinned goods, cellulose, wooden chips and fertilizers. Special features:
1). OR-300
grade has excellent resistance to the toughest oil application.
2). OR-200
grade has superior oil resistance to various kinds of animal and vegetable oil with severe cold temperature up to -45°C.
3)OR-100
grade is to resist to moderate oil resistant operations like wood chips, linseed . Cottonseed and whole soybeans where static conductivity is needed.
4). HTN
HTN grade is recommended for conveying hot asphait with temperature up to 175° C where both oil & heat.
Type:
The product is made of cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas and finished through the processes of pressing, shaping, vulcanizing and etc. It is suitable for transporting oily materials.
1. It can be divided into two types according to the characteristics of the cover; Anti-abrasive type(D) and Ordinary type (L).
2. According to different oil resistance, it falls into two type of Y1 and Y2.
Characteristics:
