Description:

Made of materials approved by the Food and Drug Administration, our food grade silicone sheets are the ideal material to use for seals and gaskets that will come in contact with food items. Since it is a silicone rubber material, a food grade gasket made from this rubber sheet silicone will be able to work in a temperature range from -103° F to 500° F.

This is due to the fact that this food grade rubber is expected to be used as a variety of different components. We offer custom gauges of 1-50mm thick and widths of up to 2.7m upon request. The medium durometer rating of food grade silicone means that it can be more easily cut than other rubbers of a higher durometer rating. A flexible material is better suited to being made into specific components such as a food grade gasket or seal.
