Pipe conveyor belt

Pipe conveyor belt is a new type of conveying belt which uses belt carcasses (EP fabric, Steel cord etc.)as skeleton and high elastic, high anti-abrasive and high strength rubber as working surface. They are mainly used in conveying powdery and granular materials etc. that pollute the environment. When working, the rubber belt changes its form from flat to U shape and finally to pipe shape, folding the materials and realizing the process of enclosed conveying.

The Pipe type is suitable for use in tougher conditions and requires application of special tubular-type conveyors. Due to its special carcass construction the belt runs like a tube which opens only when loaded and unloaded. The system remains closed and dust-tight even when bulk solids are conveyed in horizontal or vertical curves.

These belts are also useful in confined spaces as well as in spaces that require a protected working environment and spillage possibilities need to be avoided.
